At White Room Associates, we draw upon a dedicated team of professionals whose skills and experience have been garnered from both strategy consulting, board and corporate environments around the globe. Our team is led by Founder & Managing Director, Bodo Mann.
Bodo Mann
Bodo has worked extensively across Europe and Australasia on a variety of programs such as strategy/privatisation, organisational design, Lean/Kaizen, Six Sigma Programs, and corporate/cultural transformations. These projects and roles have been spread across various industries such as Financial Services, Entertainment, Hospitality, Consumer & Retail, Engineering, and Aviation & Defence. Over the past 20 years, Bodo has been involved in over a dozen PMIs and strategy-based transformations, including major cultural change programs.
Prior to founding White Room Associates, Bodo was the Group Executive – Advisory at the AICD, the Managing Director – Banking & International at Rubik Financial (ASX:AFL), a Director/Consultant with global leadership advisory and executive search firm Spencer Stuart, and a Principal with Booz & Company in both Sydney and London. He also worked for General Electric Capital Europe.
Bodo is currently Non Executive Director and Chair of the Board’s Events & Membership Committee at the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC). He is also on the Advisory Board of the FinTech start-up ‘Nudge Saver’ and Collaboration & Governance Application Business ‘Bondle’.
Bodo speaks native German and is fluent in English and French.

Ron Koehler
Ron is an experienced CEO and Board Director with deep supply chain and international freight as well as logistics experience. Until recently Ron was the CEO of DB Schenker Australia / NZ, one of the largest integrated logistics and transport companies in the world. He is also the Vice President of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC).
David Spreadbury
David is an experienced C-Suite Executive with deep Technology and Operations experience across Financial Services, Transportation, Government and FMCG. He has a unique and strong mix of leadership, technology, operation and change management experiences gained in Australia and overseas.
David worked extensively in areas such as cloud technology, cost reduction, “right sizing”, due diligence and productivity enhancement.
